Goals: Better Results in Less Time, Do What I Love
“Life was good. I was doing online training for about 18 months, but I have no formal background in personal training. I am an Electrical Engineer by formal education.
I always want to learn ways to become more efficient and optimize my time for the effort I am putting in. I was attracted to OTA because of all the great reviews, the free massive online community and all the no nonsense tips I was receiving. I was hoping to learn some fundamental stuff that I could apply without having to rely on gimmicks or the “latest marketing fad”.
The course was great. I loved it because it did not surprise me. I don’t mean that in a negative way but in a very positive way. It reinforced a lot of things that I was already doing but it made me hone in on them.
I loved the freedom number as it creates a very realistic and tangible goal. Eliminate fear and the unknown as Jon said in the course.
One big thing I learned was to reach out to people. Be proactive. I used to be naive thinking, “Hey if someone wants to work with me they should message me.” Silly narrow minded thinking. Once I started reaching out to people (after they loved or commented on a post) it opened up a whole set of new leads. Not all converted but many became slow lane clients and I signed many of them a year later. Little things like that is what I truly value from the OTA.
The best part is this is all “simple” stuff. Yes you have to put in work but I don’t have to rely on the latest marketing tool, funnel or ad to get it done. This is what I was looking for and found it through the OTA.
When I started back in 2016 I trained 4 friends for FREE.
Today I have trained almost 300 people (paid of course) in 16 countries (Canada, US, Argentina, Brazil, UK, France, Austria, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Gibraltar/Spain, Sri Lanka, Singapore, China, Philippines, Australia).”
